Acuity Consulting Services, LLC (ACS) excels in providing professional planning, housing program administration and related services for public and private sector clients. Our professionals have over 20 years of experience providing these services for clients and projects in urban, suburban and rural settings. Having successfully completed over 500 projects for clients in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and other locations throughout the US, our professionals bring a tremendous depth of knowledge and experience to every assignment and are committed to providing the highest quality of service.
ACS provides a full range of professional planning services for our public and private sector clients. These services include the preparation of master plans/comprehensive plans, ordinances, redevelopment studies and plans, a full range of affordable and workforce housing planning services, environmental planning and permitting, economic development, resiliency and sustainability, feasibility studies, professional planning testimony, public engagement, and related services. In addition, we have substantial expertise in designing, implementing, and managing a wide range of housing programs for government and private sector clients. We have provided these services in over 50 communities and have managed housing programs that collectively contain over 5,000 housing units. Our professionals have provided these services in urban, suburban, and rural settings under the full range of federal, state, county, and local housing programs.
